Junior Account Executive - Nicaragua

The Junior Account Executive will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating new business opportunities, converting them into clients, and developing relationships that drive recurring sales.
The role combines prospecting, consultative selling, follow-up, and portfolio management, primarily utilizing digital channels such as WhatsApp, social media, calls, email, and video calls.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Assess customer needs
- Negotiate and close deals
- Prospect and follow up with clients
Must Have
- 1+ years experience in a B2B sales role or brand specific B2C sales role
- Passion for software products
- Excellent written Spanish skills
- Highly creative and independent
- Valid work permit for Nicaragua
Nice to Have
- B2C or B2B sales experienceAdditional languages (English)

The estimated monthly compensation range for this role is $550-$650 OTE (on-target earnings), with a base salary range of $250-$350. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
